Orders

  • How to track my order ?

You can track your order through your customer backend. Just log into your account and place your tracking numbers in the "track your order tab". 

  • Can I cancel a purchase ?

Once you have submitted an order, it can't be canceled.​ Pleas make sure before ordering a product and double check to prevent mistakes.

  • Can I use more than one coupon on my order ?

No, only one coupon code can be used per order.

  • What are the payment methods on AK ModestSwimwear ?

Proceed to checkout, once you placed all items ​in your shopping cart. The payment can be processed through PayPal or with a Credit Card. 

Shipping & Delivery

  • Do you ship internationally ?​​

Yes we ship worldwide. Shipping costs may vary, depending on destination.

  • How are shipping and delivery dates calculated ?

They are calculated according​ the shipping method, you've chosen upon checkout.

  • How long will it take, to deliver my item ?

It depends on the shipping method you selected, but in all it ca​n take up to 30 days.

  • My item hasn't been delivered yet, what should I do ?

If you haven't received your item​ after the shipment set period, contact us so that we can help you track down your order.

  • Will I have to deal with customs ?

Customs policies vary between countries, which is why you'll have to deal with it if your Internationally shipped package is delayed by customs.

Refunds & Returns

  • Can store credits be reversed ?

Unfortunately, we are unable to reverse the request by issuing to your original method of payment.

  • How can I return an item ?

You can return or exchange an item either through our Customer service or on your personal customer backend. Please review our Return Policy for more information.

  • ​What are shipping costs on refunds and exchanges ?

Shipping costs are subject to the reason for return/exchange. Refer to our Return Policy for details.​

  • What happens if I receive a damaged item ?

Sometimes items end up being damaged in transit, and we are more than happy to replace your item for you within 30 days of delivery. If we do not have replacement items, we will give back add-on credit or refund you for that item. Refer to our Return Policy for more details.​
